Residence Halls
Students living in Jordan, Humbert, Longden, Bishop Roberts, Mason, Lucy Rowland, Bloomington Street, and Senior Hall have two options:
ResHall 18 Meal Plan (default)

ResHall Flex 14 Meal Plan
Students may opt to utilize the Residence Hall Flex Meal Plan.

Rector Village
Students living in Rector Village (Chabraja, Holmberg, Leis, Montgomery, Reese, Strasma, or Warne) default to the ResHall 18 Meal Plan, but may opt for the ResHall Flex 14 Meal Plan or downgrade to the RecVill Flex 12 Meal Plan.

University-Owned Apartments and Houses (UOAH)
Students living in university-owned apartments and houses are defaulted to the UOAH 4 Meal Plan, but may opt for the UOAH 7 Flex Plan or upgrade to any other DePauw meal plan.

Winter Term Meal Plans
Students living in Jordan, Humbert, Longden, Bishop Roberts, Mason, Lucy Rowland, Bloomington Street, or Senior Hall are required to participate in the Winter Term Meal Plan.

Can I Change My Mind Later?
In short: No. The selection made during the housing process is final. Meal plans are selected at the start of each term.
- Exception: If you require a meal plan accommodation for medical or dietary reasons, you may submit a request accompanied by official documentation. Information on the Accommodation process can be found on our Student Accessibility Services page.
Planning for Breaks (Fall, Thanksgiving, & Spring)
Please note that standard meal swipes will not be available during university breaks.
- What can I use? You can still use your DPU Flex and Community Plus dollars at participating locations during these times.
- Early Arrivals/Athletes: If you are required to be on campus early or during a break for a program or sport, please contact your coach or administrator to confirm how your meals will be provided.
