The School of Business and Leadership offers majors and programs in Business Analytics, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, International Business and Leadership, alongside minors that can be combined with any major across DePauw's three schools. With 52 majors, 61 minors, and 8 academic pathways available university-wide, you're never locked into a single track. An environmental geoscience major might minor in finance to understand how climate change affects markets. The Management Fellows Program is one of DePauw's most distinctive experiential learning opportunities, and one of the most competitive. Fellows spend a full semester embedded in a professional organization, gaining real-world business and leadership experience while continuing their liberal arts coursework. Past fellows have interned at Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, media organizations and government agencies. The program is open to students of any major, reflecting DePauw's belief that business leadership isn't a discipline — it's a skill set that belongs to every field.
