We travel the world to find the best and brightest future Tigers. Connect with DePauw at a college fair, during high school visit or for an interview near you. If we're not visiting your area, we suggest signing up for a virtual chat with one of our admission counselors.
Your visit will include a 30-minute information session with an admission counselor followed by a 60-minute student-led campus tour. You'll see our residence halls, academic buildings, centers of distinction, and other campus landmarks. Depending on timing and availability, we can also arrange class observations and meetings with faculty, staff or coaches.
You can schedule your visit online through our visit registration portal. We recommend scheduling at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability for specialized experiences like faculty meetings or class observations. Campus visits are offered Monday–Friday year-round, with select Saturday sessions available.
Yes. With at least 2 weeks' notice, we can often arrange meetings with faculty in your areas of interest. This is a great opportunity to learn about our 11:1 student-to-faculty ratio and the mentorship model that defines the DePauw experience. Let us know your academic interests when you register for your visit.
Yes! Class observations are available during the academic year (late August through early May) and can be arranged when you schedule your visit. You'll experience firsthand the small, discussion-based classes and close faculty-student relationships that make DePauw unique.
DePauw is located in Greencastle, Indiana, just 45 minutes from Indianapolis International Airport (IND). From the airport, you can rent a car or arrange a ride share.* If you're driving, DePauw is easily accessible from I-70 and I-65. Free parking is available in designated visitor lots across campus.
*Note that ride share services returning to the airport are not as readily available. If you use a ride share, you'll want to advise us in advance so we can offer assistance.Â
Greencastle offers several hotel options within 5 minutes of campus, including . For families traveling from a distance, we also offer overnight stay opportunities where prospective students can stay in a residence hall with a current student host.
Yes. If you can't visit campus in person, we offer a self-guided virtual tour that showcases our academic buildings, residence halls and centers of distinction. We also host live virtual information sessions where you can meet with admission counselors and ask questions in real time.
DePauw hosts special events throughout the year that may include travel support. Contact the Office of Admission to learn about these and other opportunities.Â
Yes. We welcome group visits from high schools, community organizations and college access programs. Group visits can be customized to include information sessions, campus tours and meetings with faculty or staff. Contact us at least four weeks in advance to arrange a group visit.
DePauw offers specialized admission events, including Fall Fridays, Open Houses and Admitted Student Days for deeper campus immersion. These events feature faculty interactions, student panels, campus tours and dining hall experiences.Â
